VMI Women’s Soccer Travels to Furman Sunday

LEXINGTON, Va. – The VMI women's soccer team continues Southern Conference play Sunday, traveling to Greenville, South Carolina, to face Furman at 1 p.m. at Paladin Stadium.

Sunday's contest will be the Keydets' first road match since opening SoCon play at The Citadel and their third conference match of the season.
 
Furman represents VMI's first meeting with the Paladins this season. The Paladins are the second consecutive road opponent for the Keydets, who will return to Lexington following Sunday's contest to begin a three-match homestand against Chattanooga, Tennessee Tech and ETSU.
 
VMI will look to establish an early rhythm in conference play as it faces Furman before returning home for its next three SoCon contests.
