VMI Director of Track and Field Zack Scott:
"Jordin Poindexter led off the VMI men with a 5th place finish in the 100m and 4th place finish in the 200m. Under very windy conditions, everyone on our team competed. We were able to take a large team and see where our team stands. We have learned a lot regarding what we need to do to be ready for SoCon and Day 2 will be another test of our capabilities on the track and in the field events."
