Indoor: Earned a season-best shot put distance of 14.82m for fifth place at the SoCon Indoor Championship on Feb. 26 … second-best shot reached 14.68m for seventh place at the VMI Winter Classic.
Outdoor: Became the SoCon discus champ at the SoCon Outdoor Championship with a first-place distance of 48.70m for All-Conference honors … broke a 40-year standing school record in the discus at the Mason Spring Invite on April 9 when he placed second overall with a distance of 51.99m (170’6”), topping Tony Edwards’ mark of 167’8” from 1982 … placed first in the discus at the JMU Invite with a distance of 49.18m … came in fourth in the shot put at the SoCon Championship with a mark of 14.54m.

2021: Earned an indoor season-best 13.82m in the shot put at the SoCon Indoor Championships … opened the indoor season with a 13.79m shot put at the Keydet Invite Jan. 16 … earned All-Southern Conference honors by placing second in the discus throw at the SoCon Outdoor Championships  with a career-best distance of 48.70m … came in sixth in the shot put at the SoCon Championships with a career-best distance of 14.83m … at the W&L Spring Kick-Off, placed first in both the shot put (14.14m) and the discus throw (46.96m) … placed fifth in the discus throw at both the Bill Webb/Bob Davidson Invite Mar. 19 (47.30m) and the Colonial Relays on Apr. 2 (45.11m)

2020: Finished 16^th at the Keydet Invitational in the shot put…earned a top ten finish in the shot put at the VMI Team Challenge…posted a personal best of 14.03m in the shot put to place seventh at the VMI Winter Relays…capped season with a tenth-place finish in shot put at the conference indoor championships.
 
2019: True freshman began season with a 12.73m shot put at the VMI Team Challenge, good for tenth place…placed tenth in the shot put at the SoCon Indoor Championships…posted a personal best 46.61m in discus throw at the Raleigh Relays, and a 35.46m personal best in the javelin throw at the 2019 Colonial Relays.

High School/Personal: Three-time all-state honoree in track and field...2018 4A state champion in the discus and finished as the state leader in the event...holds school record in the event...also lettered two years in football...intends to major in international studies.
