Outdoor: Placed 10^th in the 400m at the SoCon Outdoor Championships Apr. 30 at 50.27 seconds … helped the 4x100 relay team to third place in 42.59 seconds at the SoCon event … ran a leg of the 4x100 at the Colonial Relays, helping team to eighth place in 42.79 seconds … helped 4x400 relay team to fourth place in 3:13.84 at the Gamecock Invitational.

2021: Opened the indoor season by placing first in the 400m in 50.53 seconds and helping the 4x400 relay to second place in 3:26.11 at the Keydet Invitational … helped the 4x400 relay to a SoCon title by placing first at the SoCon Indoor Championships in 3:19.18 … placed sixth in the 400m in 49.76 seconds and eighth in the 200m in 22.53 seconds at the SoCon Indoor Championships … opened the outdoor season by helping the 4x400 relay team to a third-place finish in 3:17.55 at the Bill Webb/Bob Davison Invite … assisted the 4x100 relay team to a third-place mark of 46.67 seconds at the JMU Invite on Apr. 17 … at the SoCon Championships, helped the 4x400 relay to another SoCon title by placing first at the SoCon Outdoor Championships in 3:12.99 … also helped the 4x100 relay to All-Southern Conference honors by leading the foursome to third place in 41.86 seconds … ran a career-best 22.08 seconds in the 200m at the SoCon outdoor event.

2020: Began season with a fourth place finish in the 4x400 at the Keydet Invitational…placed top ten in both 200 and 400 competitions at the VMI Team Challenge…performed very well at conference championships with a seventh-place finish in 400 (49.30, a PR) and 11^th place in 200 (22.36, a PR)…ended with top ten finish in the 4x400 at the ECAC Indoor Championships.
 
2019: True freshman began season with strong seventh place finish in the DMR at the Keydet Invitational…earned seventh place in 400 with time of 51.27 at Virginia Tech Challenge…finished second in 4x400 and 15^th in 400 at the SoCon Indoor Championships…placed 12^th in the 400 and fourth in 4x400 at the SoCon Outdoor Championships.

High School/Personal: One of three Keydet signees (Rafael Mas, Johnnie Walker) to have run on the 4x4 New Balance Outdoor National Champions...earned All-American honors for the effort...squad was also the indoor and outdoor state champions in the event.
