Outdoor: Earned a career-best 1500m time of 3:49.95 for sixth place at the SoCon Outdoor Championships Apr. 30 … also placed fifth in the 5000m in 15:22.58 at the event … finished first in the 3000m steeple in 9:04.22 at the Mason Spring Invite Apr. 9 … helped DMR to second place in 10:06.27 at the Colonial Relays Mar. 31.

2021: Qualified for the NCAA East Regional in the 3000m steeplechase and finished 30^th in the preliminaries in 9:10.16 … earned a school-record time of 8:44.56 in the 3000m steeple at the Lee University Last Chance meet to edge out the former record held by Donnie Cowart ’09 by a tenth of a second … achieved All-Southern Conference marks in both the 5000m (14:21.73) and the 3000m steeplechase (8:54.41) by placing second in both … logged a career-best mile run of 4:11.39 at the W&L Spring Kick-Off to place second overall … won the 3000m steeple at the Colonial Relays on Apr. 2 in 9:07.38 … again won the steeple at the George Mason Spring Invite on Apr. 11 in 8:59.54 … during the indoor season, helped the DMR squad to fourth place at the SoCon Indoor Championships in 10:23.57 … ran a career-best time of 1:54.24 in the 800m for seventh place at the SoCon Championships … earned a career-best time of 2:28.87 in the 1000m at the VMI Winter Relays on Jan. 29 … ran the mile in 4:22.53 at the Keydet Invitational on Jan. 16 … helped the 4x400 to third place at the VMI Team Challenge and ran the 800m in 1:57.45 for fourth place.

2020: Began season with a tenth-place finish in the 1000m with a personal best of 2:34.36…placed 12^th in the 800 for a PR of 1:58.48 and 14^th place in the high jump at the USC Indoor Open…posted a top ten finish in the high jump and 13^th place finish in the mile (4:23.58, a PR) at the SoCon Indoor Championships…earned a 14^th-place finish in the 4x800 at the ECAC Indoor Championships.
 
2019: Began season with an eighth-place finish in the DMR at the Keydet Invitational…placed first in the DMR at the VMI Team Challenge…posted a 4:26.62 mile, good for a sixth- and second-place finish in the high jump at the Virginia Tech Challenge…earned a 5k personal best time of 14.59.45 at the 2019 Colonial Relays…posted a 1.93m high jump, good for seventh, and a third-place finish in the 3K steeple at the SoCon Outdoor Championships.

High School/Personal: Cross country state champion...also won state titles in the 800 and 1,600-meters...holds school records in 800 and 3,200-meters...intends to major in civil engineering.
