Indoor: Earned a career-best 3000m time of 9:08.63 at the VMI Winter Classic Feb. 11 where he also helped the 4x800 squad to first place in 8:32.62 … assisted DMR squad to seventh place in 11:00.96 at the Keydet Invitational Jan. 21.

Outdoor: Logged a career-best 1500m time of 4:08.95 at the Mason Spring Invite Apr. 9 … ran a career-best 5000m time of 15:44.68 at the Colonial Relays Mar. 31 at William & Mary.

2021: Ran a season-best time of 9:14.15 in the 3000m at the VMI Winter Relays on Jan. 29 … earned a season-best time of 4:41.95 in the mile run at the VMI Team Challenge on Jan. 23 … competed in both the mile run and the 5000m at the SoCon Indoor Championships, earning a career-best time of 16:10.89 in the 5k for 20^th place … competed in one race during the outdoor season, helping the 4x400 relay to seventh place in 3:53.00 at the W&L Spring Kick-Off.

2020: True freshman began with a fourth-place finish in the 4x800 at the Keydet Invitational…posted a personal best 3k time of 9:10.95 at the VMI Team Challenge, good for tenth place…earned a 13^th place finish in the mile (4:37.04, personal best) and 11^th place in the 4x400 at the VMI Winter Relays.

High School: Lettered four years in cross country, indoor and outdoor track and field ... named a team captain as a senior ... earned All-Conference honors in all three sports for three years ... 4x800 state champion ... holds school records in the 4x800 and the DMR.

Personal: Has five younger siblings ... plans to major in economics and business.
