VMI set to host 2025 SoCon Indoor T&F Championships

LEXINGTON, Va. – After a successful regular season of competition, the VMI track and field team is set to host the 2025 Southern Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships this Friday and Saturday, Feb. 28-Mar. 1 at the Corps Physical Training Facility.
 
Saturday's Day Two of competition will be broadcast on ESPN+.

VMI Director of Track and Field Zack Scott on the men's team heading into the SoCon Indoor meet:
"We have been fortunate this year to field one of our strongest men's indoor championship team. Thanks to the increased support from the Corps, the energy surrounding this championship is greater than ever. This year's championship promises to be an exciting battle, potentially coming down to the final event —the 4x400m relay— to determine the top three teams. With the dedication and hard work of our Keydets, we are ready to compete at the highest level."
