- Helped the 4x800 to third place in 9:47 at the VMI Invitational
- Ran the 800m in 2:29 for 13th place at the VMI Invitational
Outdoor
- Opened the season with a 400m PR time of 1:03.43 for 15th place at the Davidson Relays
- Earned a 400m hurdles PR of 1:11 for 11th place at the Catamount Classic
- Helped the 4x400 to fourth place in 4:07 at the Electric City Invitational
2024
Indoor
- Helped 4x400 relay team to fifth place in 4:02.00, a season-best time, at the SoCon Championship
- Placed 12th in the 800m in 2:20 - a new PR - at the league meet
- Earned a season-best 600m time of 1:42 for sixth place at the VMI Team Challenge
- Competed in the 800m and the 4x400 relay at the VMI Winter Relays and the VMI Invitational
Outdoor
- Named to the 2023-24 SoCon Honor Roll for averaging at least a 3.0 GPA for the academic year
- Achieved 19th place in 2:32.06 in the 800m prelims at the SoCon Championships
- Earned a new 1500m PR time of 5:22 for 15th place at the JMU Invitational
- Helped the 4x400 relay to fifth place in 4:03 at the league meet
- Assisted the 4x800 to a time of 9:52 at the Penn Relays
- Logged a new 400m PR time of 1:03 at the George Mason Invite
