Indoor
- Achieved a school record pentathlon total of 3442 points at the VMI Winter Relays (Jan. 31-Feb. 1)
- Placed third in the 60m hurdles finals to earn All-SoCon recognition at the SoCon Championship with a time of 8.63 seconds, the second best time in program history
- Earned All-SoCon honors in the pentathlon by placing second through the five events with 3,429 points.
- Jumped a height of 1.59m in the high jump at the SoCon Championships, the fifth best height in program history
Outdoor
- Took All-SoCon honors in the heptathlon by placing third in the multi-event at the SoCon Championships with 4417 points, just three points shy of her career best
- First place in the 800 meter in 2:25.98 – a new SoCon record for the event within the heptathlon
- Earned first place in the 100m hurdles with a time of 14.35 seconds – a new SoCon record for the heptathlon - and led the heptathlon field after the first day of the SoCon Championship
- Achieved a school record 4420 points in the heptathlon at the Electric City Invite
- Ran a 14.20 in the 100m hurdles at the Catamount Classic, the #2 best time in program history
2024
Indoor
- Arrived in eighth place in the pentathlon with 3119 points at the SoCon Championships, finishing fifth in both the 800m (2:38) and the high jump (1.54m)
Outdoor
- Named to the 2023-24 SoCon Honor Roll for averaging at least a 3.0 GPA for the academic year
- Broke school heptathlon record (4418 points - SoCon Outdoor Championships)
- Finished fifth in the heptathlon with 4418 points highlighted by a first-place finish in the 800 meter in 2:29 and second in the 100m hurdles in 14.64 seconds
- Placed sixth in the 100m hurdles finals in 14.70 seconds at the SoCon meet
- Qualified for the finals in the 100mH prelims by placing fourth in 14.50 seconds
- Earned then-personal best 4210 heptathlon points at Southside Power and Fitness Invite at Lenoir-Rhyne on Apr. 15
2023
Indoor
- Competed at the SoCon Indoor Championships, earning a PR in the pentathlon with 2930 points for eighth place overall
- Earned PRs in several events within the SoCon pentathlon, including the 60H (9.46), high jump (1.52m), long jump (4.66m) and 800m (2:34.70)
- Helped the DMR to fourth place in 13:11 at Liberty's Darious Dixon Invite
- Competed in the heptathlon at the VMI Winter Relays and placed 14th overall, her best finish coming in the 800m for seventh place in 2:38.75
- Opened the season helping the DMR to third place in 13:36 at the VMI Team Challenge, where she also placed fourth in the high jump at 1.50m
Outdoor
- Placed fifth in the heptathlon at the SoCon Championships with 3722 points, earning a shot put PR distance of 7.77m for fifth place
- Came in third in three events at the SoCon heptathlon including the 100H (16.04), javelin (27.10m) and 800m (2:38.59)
- Opened the season with a 100mH PR time of 15.50 seconds for third place at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invite in Myrtle Beach
- Logged a PR in the 200m in 27.85 seconds at High Point's VertKlasse Meeting
- Placed fifth in the heptathlon with 3126 points at CNU's New Captains Classic, earning a PR in the javelin throw at 27.75m for third place ... also came in third in the 800m in 2:38.36 as part of the multi-event
High School: Hart is another Virginia championship hurdler who signed with VMI having won Indoor 55m Hurdle Division 3 state title indoors in 2022. Adding to that title she placed third in the 100M Hurdle and second in the 300m Hurdle races at the 2022 Division 3 Outdoor championships.
