Lacrosse travels to NEC leader Robert Morris

LEXINGTON, Va. – The VMI lacrosse team looks to bounce back from a tough loss last weekend as the Keydets travel to face current Northeast Conference leader Robert Morris Saturday at noon in Moon Township, Pennsylvania.

About Robert Morris (7-4, 4-0)
The Colonials have yet to lose in league play with an unblemished 4-0 mark against Northeast Conference opponents having defeated Detroit Mercy, Wagner, Mercyhurst and LIU the past month.
 
RMU has faced a difficult schedule thus far with losses coming to the likes of Richmond, High Point,  Bellarmine and Penn State while defeating Hobart, Canisius and St. Bonaventure outside of conference action.
 
Calum Brennan leads the Colonials with 30 goals on the season followed by David Burr with 22. Luke Prezioso and Kean Moon also have double-digits in scoring in 2025 with 10 and 12 goals on the year, respectively.  Burr is tied with Brennan with a team-high 37 points by leading the squad with 15 assists thus far.
 
Nate Fechter has played all but 40 minutes in the cage this season for RMU and has tallied 138 saves and owns a 10.79 goals-against average this season.
