Women’s Track completes Darius Dixon with great results

LYNCHBURG, Va. – The VMI women's track and field team completed the 11th annual Darius Dixon Invitational with excellent marks Saturday at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia.

Sophomore Morgan Fraser highlighted the day for the Keydets with a sixth-place finish in the high jump with a height of 5' 1.25", or 1.56 meters.

Naturale Faison finished the 200m dash in 33rd place with a time of 25.74 seconds.

In the triple jump, senior Julie Freitas came in 24th place overall with a distance of 37' 4."

The 4x400 team consisting of SeMore Green, Evelyn Anderson, Reagan Gilman and Heaven Hall completed the race in 21st place in 4:01.09 just ahead of the 29th place team of Natalia Dias, Shea Hart, Gretal Shank, and JeNiya White in 4:10.55.
