Sophomore Naturale Faison won the 60m event at the SoCon indoor meet in February and looks to continue to excel as she will compete in the 100m and 200m dashes.

Junior Morgan Fraser took second in the high jump at the SoCon indoor meet and sophomore Reagan Gilman took third in the 800m as both will look to contend for individual titles again in their respective events.

VMI Director of Track and Field Zack Scott
"Our women have continued to grow throughout the outdoor season, and this group has earned the opportunity to compete at the Southern Conference Championship. We have strong scoring opportunities across several event areas, led by Naturale Faison in the sprints, Reagan Gilman in the middle distances, Morgan Fraser in the high jump, Shea Hart and Jeniya White in the hurdles, and a throws group that has continued to improve each week.

"More importantly, this team has shown resilience, consistency, and a willingness to keep competing for each other. At this point in the season, it is about being confident, trusting the work and taking advantage of every opportunity to score points for VMI."
