LEXINGTON, Va. – The VMI men's and women's swimming and diving teams are back in action Friday at Liberty University at 5 p.m. after almost a month off over Christmas Break.

The women's team will battle the Flames varsity squad while the VMI men will face the LU club team.

Following VMI's last competition, senior Bridger Thurston was named the America East Male Diver of the Week for the week of December 6. The Richmond, Va. native placed second in the 1 meter diving event at the Loyola Invitational with a score of 237.15. He followed up by placing second in the 3M, scoring 232.35 points.
