Cross Country teams earn USTFCCCA All-Academic status

LEXINGTON, Va. – The VMI cross country teams worked hard in competition and in the classroom this past season to earn All-Academic Team honors by the United States Track and Field Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).
 
In order to qualify for All-Academic distinction, teams must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, including the most recent grading period.
 
The VMI men's cross country team earned a team GPA of 3.18 while the VMI women's team achieved an impressive 3.47 team average GPA.
