About High Point  (0-1)
The Panthers are coming off a hard-fought 14-10 loss at home to the hands of the Naval Academy last Saturday.  The Midshipmen went into the half with a close 7-5 advantage before both squads ended up matching their respective tallies in the second half to result in a 14-10 road victory for Navy.

Starting attackmen Matt Lutzel and Owen Bunten and reserve Ryan Hynes led the team with two goals apiece while Justin Wixted, Ian Cann, Jeb Brenfleck and Collin Rovere each had one.

Goalies Jude Smith and Zack Overend split 30 minutes apiece in the cage as both allowed seven goals their respective halves. Smith recorded five saves in the loss, while Overend recorded two.

The Panthers defeated the Keydets by a 19-9 score last season in High Point, N.C.

Tailgating Information
There are two parking lots between the baseball stadium and the lacrosse field on North Post. The one on the left is nearest the Paulette Hall locker rooms and is designated as the VMI tailgating area after the game. The lot on the right nearest the large retaining wall/lacrosse field is the designated tailgating area for the visiting team. Cars must be parked in designated parking stalls – ticketing will be enforced by VMI Police. Another option is to use the pavilion at nearby Jordan's Point Park.
