CENTREVILLE, Va. – The VMI Rifle Program capped off a busy weekend at the Sills Range in Centreville, Virginia on Sunday, with the Mixed Team scoring is second straight victory, defeating both Wofford and John Jay with an aggregate of 4596.
Alexander Pohlman continued his blistering start to the season, once again placing first with an aggregate of 1159, hitting 64 centers on the day. VMI once again had seven of the top 10 finishers, with
Cody Jenkins (1150),
Wuyue Xie (1149),
Soraya Sar (1149) and Zachary Mauriello (1142) finishing third through sixth.
Pohlman led all shooters with a 590 in the Air Rifle, while Sar paced the Smallbore with a score of 571.
