The two-time SoCon Defensive Player of the Year picked up 11.0 tackles for loss 4.0 sacks and 3.0 quarterback hurries en route to his third straight season in which he was named a Buck Buchanan Finalist for the top defensive player in FCS Football.

Oliver, who was named to the second team defense, continued his ascension as one of the SoCon's top defensive backs, ranking 24th in the country with 10 pass break ups at the end of the FCS season. A junior, Oliver earned First Team All-SoCon honors after leading the team in interceptions (three) and ranking fourth in tackles (74.0).
