Track and Field Back in Action at Mason Saturday

After two weeks off, VMI track and field will return to action Saturday, when the Keydets take part in the George Mason Invite in Fairfax, Va. Action gets underway at 10 a.m.

How to Follow

Fans can follow along with the action via live results, accessible via the link to the left of this article.

Events to Watch

Men's Discus Throw - 2:30 p.m.

Although his best event is the hammer throw, Jordan White won the open portion of the discus at the Weems-Baskin Invite at VMI's last meet. He will be back in action here, joined by Ross Condrey and Killian Carey.

Women's 800-Meters - 7 p.m.

The Keydets will enter four runners in this event, an unusually high number - but Christina Hill remains the top Keydet threat. Bethany King, Julia Logan and Kathleen Yates will be alongside.

Next Time Out

Following Saturday's meet, the Keydets return to action April 14-15 for the Bucknell Invite in Lewisburg, Pa.
