EMMITSBURG, Md. –  Meghan O'Halloran recorded a pair of second-place finishes, and helped a relay team to a win as well, as the VMI women's swimming and diving team competed in a tri-meet hosted by Mount St. Mary's in Emmitsburg, Md. The Keydets (0-4) dropped both ends of the match, losing 117-66 to Manhattan and 115-56 to the Mount.

O'Halloran had a second place finish in the 200-meter freestyle, clocking in at 2:20.04, while she also was the runner-up in the 100 free, thanks to a 1:03.56 effort. MacKenzie Perkins, another VMI freshman, nearly matched O'Halloran's efforts with a second and third place finish, finishing third in the 50 free (29.12) and second in the 100 back (1:09.41).
