VMI begins outdoor season at Big South-SoCon Challenge

LEXINGTON, Va. – The VMI track and field teams make an early return from their spring break to compete in the annual Big South-Southern Conference Challenge this Friday and Saturday, March 20-21, in Asheville, North Carolina.

The two-day event will take place at UNC Asheville's Karl Straus Track.

The Keydets will be competing in the event for the first time as one of the three SoCon schools selected to participate in this year's event. Below is a rundown of the schools representing each conference:
