About Le Moyne (1-7, 0-0)
After dropping the last three contests, the Dolphins look to get back in the win column Saturday when they host the Keydets. Le Moyne most recently traveled to Hobart College Tuesday night and fell by a 12-7 score. Last week, the Dolphins fell to MAAC foes Siena (L, 7-11) and Manhattan (L, 12-11) in overtime.  Their sole victory this season came in a 7-6 win at St. Bonaventure on February 28. Le Moyne opened the season with losses to Queens, Jacksonville, Holy Cross and Canisius.

Conner Vaughn and Thomas Berry lead the team with 10 goals apiece while Owen Wilson is close behind with nine. While he only has two goals for the year, Emmet McDermott plays a key role in the offense with a team-high 10 assists thus far, six more than anyone else on the squad.  Vaughn also has four assists for a team-high 14 points.

Dominic Pezzimenti is the top defenseman with six caused turnovers so far in 2026.

Series History (0-1)
In the first ever matchup between the schools last season, Le Moyne came out on top by a close 10-9 score as the Dolphins rallied from behind to earn the win. VMI led 8-7 going into the final period but the Dolphins outscored the Keydets 3-1 in the final period to pick up the league win in the inaugural NEC game for both programs.
