Football vs. Western Carolina to be broadcast on Nexstar

SPARTANBURG, S.C. – The Southern Conference announced Monday morning its finalized Nexstar broadcast schedule for the 2025 football season and the VMI vs. Western Carolina game on Saturday, November 22 has been selected as one of the six broadcasts.
 
The Keydets and Catamounts will kick off at noon that day at Foster Stadium as the regular season finale.
 
The broadcast will be similar to years past in that the game can be viewed on Nexstar (the CW Channel on most cable or streaming networks in the state of Virginia) while simulcast on ESPN+.
 
Below is the 2025 broadcast slate for Nexstar games this season:
 
Aug. 28 - West Georgia at Samford – 7:30 p.m. 
Aug. 30 – North Dakota State at The Citadel – 12 p.m.
Oct. 18 – Furman at Wofford – 12 p.m.
Nov. 8 – Furman at Chattanooga – 12 p.m.
Nov. 15 - ETSU at Western Carolina - 12 p.m.
Nov. 22 – Western Carolina at VMI – 12 p.m.

The Keydets kick off the 2025 season on Saturday, August 30 at the Naval Academy with a noon kickoff in Annapolis, Maryland.
