LEXINGTON, Va. – After a weekend off, the VMI Rifle program returns to action Saturday, visiting the No. 16 Morehead State Eagles.
Last Time Out
Despite posting their third-highest aggregate score of the season (4598), the Keydets fell at The Citadel.
Christopher Hicks and
Ryan Harlow led the way for VMI, finishing third and fourth overall with aggregate scores of 1160 and 1156, respectively.
On the women's side,
Victoria Phillips posted a 566 in the smallbore, while
Emma Cameron had a 556.
Scouting the Eagles
Morehead State has an even 4-4 record on the season, most recently scoring wins against UT Martin. The Eagles have been strong all season, with their lowest aggregate being 4671.
