LEXINGTON, Va. - The VMI wrestling team dropped a hard-fought match to visiting Campbell University Sunday 25-9 in a Southern Conference action from Cormack Hall.
Senior
Jon Hoover posted a 5-3 win in the sudden victory session and senior
Job Chishko won his match at 157 by forfeit.
Highlights:
*Two other matches went to extra time, as
Ryan Vigil at 141 and
Braxton Lewis at 165 both were defeated in the sudden victory session

Dyson Dunham hung tough at 133, falling just 9-6, as did
Zach Brown at 184 (3-0)
*At intermission, a presentation was held for the establishment of the Coach Ike Sherlock & Jesse Waltz '85 Wrestling Scholarship
