VMI Director of Track and Field and Cross Country Zack Scott
Our first Cross Country meet of the 2022 season with a wide mix of D1 teams that provide great competition for everyone on our team. You can see the physical training is going well by the race split times, evidence of their conditioning with consistent times and some faster times toward the end of the race. Now we have to get them to believe how great they can be.
