LEXINGTON, Va. - Every week during the 2020-21 academic year, VMI Athletics will release a 90 Seconds of Depth video feature presented by USAA to spotlight a cadet-athlete, coach or administrator.

Today we take an inside look at VMI basketball sophomore Sean Conway. He describes the motto he lives by each day and how that motto led him to VMI. He also shares the biggest reason he has continued to play the game for so long and why he continues to lace it up.
