LEXINGTON, Va. - Every week during the 2020-21 academic year, VMI Athletics will release a 90 Seconds of Depth video feature presented by USAA to spotlight a cadet-athlete, coach or administrator.

Today we take an inside look at VMI men's soccer sophomore Nate Lam. He tells us how his competitive nature helped him fall in love with soccer as well as how he views leadership and the principles he lives by every day.
