The awards continue to pour in for VMI's Reed Garrett, as he was named an NCAA Baseball Top Performer for Week 2 of the young season on Tuesday afternoon. It is the fourth honor for Garrett, and third national honor, since Friday's no-hitter against Lafayette that featured 13 strikeouts and only one baserunner. The junior has also been tabbed Perfect Game Player of the Day, Big South Pitcher of the Week and one of the Louisville Slugger National Players of the Week since spinning the gem. 

VMI baseball is back in action Tuesday, facing #1 Virginia in Charlottesville at 3 p.m.
