CHARLOTTE, N.C. - VMI's Jenna Moye has been named the Big South Conference Choice Hotels Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week, according to information released by the league Thursday morning.

Moye clocked in at 18:35 to win the VMI Invitational on Sept. 1 and lead a Keydet sweep of the podium in the process. It was the first career win for the multi-time team captain and former Big South Freshman of the Year.

VMI cross country will return to action Sept. 15, as both the men's and women's programs take part in the JMU Open in New Market, Va.
