THREE-YEAR LETTERMAN - Expected to anchor the offensive line this fall as the starting center…voted preseason Big South All-Big South Conference and should contend for postseason all-conference honors as well…has transitioned well from the tight end position…one of two Keydets to attain top conditioning honors in the spring earning “Super Iron Keydet” status.
 
2012 - Played the most snaps of any offensive lineman last year and was a consistent performer on a unit that underwent personnel changes throughout the 2012 year…started 10 consecutive games at center after playing both reserve center and guard in the season opener…graded high marks in Richmond and Presbyterian games and played a season high 88 snaps against PC…played well for first  year on interior line after transitioning from tight end where he played two seasons…lettered for the third time.

2011 – Played in all 11 games at tight end and lettered for the second time…caught six passes for 57 yards and a touchdown at the tight end position…caught two passes for 27 yards against Charleston Southern…averaged 9.5 yards per catch.

2010 - Played in all 11 games and lettered as a true freshman…caught passes against William & Mary and Coastal Carolina…on the field for 13 snaps at Charleston Southern and graded highly…contributed on special teams.

HIGH SCHOOL - Valedictorian...Shrine Bowl Academic Award...Shrine Bowl Participant...S.C. Varsity All-State (Second Team) and All-Area Code Team...S.C. Varsity AAAA Offensive Lineman of the Year...High School Sports Report's AAAA All-State Team...WPDE/The Zone All-Area Team...State Newspaper All-State (Third Team)...High School Sports Report's Top 100 Football Players...captain of football and baseball teams.
