Biography

Another defensive lineman who will be making the switch across the line to the offensive side this year...was moved to help out with depth and is slotted in at reserve left tackle...will be learning a new position but has the size to make a difference.

2006 - Saw limited game action during the season and played in seven games on the defensive line.

2005 - Saw limited game action at reserve end...had a tackle-for-loss for -2 yards against Charleston Southern.

2004 - Did not see game action...came to team as a recruited walk-on.

HIGH SCHOOL - A graduate of Abingdon High School in Abingdon, Va....An All-Highlands District selection....as a junior, earned honorable mention all-region honors on offense and defense at Catalina Hills High School in Tucson, Ariz...helped guide Abingdon High School to its first district title since 1992.

PERSONAL - Full name is Nicholas Scott Wegener...Economics and Business major.
