2010-11: After being a four-year letterman with VMI football (with his playing career ending following the 2010 season, Itoka will join the VMI track and field team beginning in January of 2011. The former running back will run the short sprints.
THREE-YEAR LETTERMAN - Has the most experience of any returning running back…will transition to new role in offense as an A back…finished spring ball as a leading candidate for the starting job…earned Keydet status in strength and conditioning program.
2009 - Appeared in all 11 games and lettered for the third time…carried 21 times for 90 yards on the season with one touchdown…rushed three times for a season-high 26 yards with a long of 13 yards against Robert Morris in the opener…had at least one rush in every contest…longest run of the year was against Stony Brook (15 yards)…had a three-yard TD run against ODU in the season finale…caught his lone pass of the year against Liberty.
2008 - Played in 11 games at slotback and special teams...gained 232 yards rushing for a 6.4 ypc average...reached the end zone three times...caught a 34-yard TD pass against Chowan, his lone reception of the year...rushed for a season-high 64 yards on six carries against Liberty...had three key knockdown blocks against Coastal Carolina...carried twice for 39 yards and a touchdown against Gardner-Webb, when he had a season-long 30-yard run...lettered a second time.
2007 - Saw significant playing time as a true freshman and lettered...played in all 11 games and averaged 7.5 yards per carry as he gained 172 yards on 44 carries...ran for a season-high 60 yards against Charleston Southern including a 44-yarder, which was his longest run of the year...also played on special teams...lettered for the first time.
