2019 – Saw considerable action as both a starter and reserve on the offensive line…made seven straight starts at midseason and started the season finale against Chattanooga…on the field for 740 plays and saw 104 plays at ETSU and 100 plays against Robert Morris.
2018 – Saw reserve action in nine games…lettered for the second time.

2017 – Did not see game action.

High School – A graduate of Colonial Forge HS in Fredericksburg, Va...named to the First Team All-6A South Region team as an offensive lineman...named to the First Team All-Conference 4 football team by InsideNova.com as a lineman...named second team All-State...sisters Sarah and Megan Strand both played women's soccer at VMI.
