THREE-YEAR LETTERMAN  

2018 – Switched to tight end after playing on the defensive line his first two seasons…appeared in all 11 games…saw action on 209 snaps…made two catches on the season for 44 yards…caught his first college reception with an 18-yarder against Wofford Sept. 14…hauled in a season-long 26 yarder against Samford October 13…also played special teams and was credited with two solos and one assist…lettered for the third time…was returned to the defensive line in 2019 spring drills.

2017 – Moved into the starting lineup for the first time where he appeared all 11 games...finished the year with 30 tackles – second among defensive linemen – with 2.5 tackles-for-loss for nine yards…posted a season-high seven stops with a half sack against The Citadel...had five tackles against Mercer.

2016 – Played in all 11 games seeing action on 403 snaps and lettered for the first time…had a season-high five assists against Morehead State with a tackle-for-loss…logged one solo tackle and two assists against Mercer…credited with a quarterback hurry against Chattanooga…played a season-high 54 snaps at Samford.

HIGH SCHOOL – A graduate of Alcoa (Tenn.) High School...four-year letterwinner as both a tight end and defensive end…PrepXtra Player of the Year for defense…also received PrepXtra Player of the Week honors once during the 2015 season…named All-County in 2015…helped team to a perfect 5-0 mark in district as a senior…plans to major in computer and information sciences.
