LEXINGTON, Va. – The VMI Women's Water Polo Team travels north to Marist this weekend, where they will face Iona on Saturday and No. Villanova on Saturday.

Last Time Out
The Keydets battled hard against Mount St. Mary's and La Salle, before falling to No. 17 Marist last Sunday.  

Scouting Iona
The Gaels are 7-14 on the season, and 0-3 in Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) play. Iona lost to Mount St. Mary's by seven last Saturday, while the Keydets fell by six. VMI's last win in the series came in 2021 in New Rochelle, New York.

Scouting Villanova
The Wildcats enter the weekend 16-7 overall, having won all three MAAC contests. Six of the seven losses have come to the hands of nationally ranked opponents. Entering the weekend, Villanova has won its last three games.
