VMI Director of Track and Field Zack Scott
"Conference weekend is about execution and grit. We have trained with purpose all season and now it's time to bring the 'I' to the track, compete for every point, handle the moment and finish every event with intent. If we take care of the little things, the big things will show up.

"We have earned the right to be confident going into SoCon. We've built momentum through the indoor season, and this weekend is about being strong, staying locked in on our process and competing for each other. When we throw, jump and race with belief and discipline, we are dangerous."
