LEXINGTON, Va. – VMI Baseball lost both games of Saturday's doubleheader against Holy Cross at Lamore Field at Gray-Minor Stadium.
The Keydets drop to 11-3 after suffering a pair of losses to the Crusaders. VMI fell 3-1 in seven innings in game one before faltering in game two, 16-7. This is the first time this season VMI has lost two games in a row.

- The Crusaders countered with another run.
- Prince singled in one more run in the sixth followed by a two-run homer by Garner to cut the deficit to just eight before Holy Cross scored again in the eighth.
