Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 | Box Score 3 PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – After facing the strong Villanova squad Saturday, the VMI Water Polo team faced Siena and Iona on Sunday to close out a weekend of play in Philadelphia.

The Keydets would fight valiantly in all three matchups, but ultimately fell short in the three contests

Game 1 vs. Villanova (L, 12-19)
- Sydney Smith paces the offense with five goals, one assist and three drawn exclusions
- Courtney Novotny has four goals, four steals, a drawn exclusion and a steal
- Sadie Smith hands out four assists, registers a hat trick
- Ysabel Casillas, Maddie Day each record three stops

Game 2 vs. Siena (L, 9-19)
- Novotny, Sadie Smith each have three goals
- Sydney Smith scores two, Sarah Fitzsimmons records a goal
- Casillas records five saves
- VMI was slow to get into a rhythm, but went nearly goal-for-goal in the middle periods before being outscored in the 4^th

Game 3 vs. Iona (L, 11-20)
- VMI goes 2-for-7 on powerplay opportunities
