LEXINGTON, Va. – After splitting action Saturday, the VMI Water Polo Team scored another exciting win on Sunday, defeating McKendree 10-9 in overtime to wrap up the VMI Invite.
The win gives VMI its second win of the weekend and season, holding an even 2-2 record after four contests.

- With a minute to play, Novtony cashed in on a rebound chance to force overtime
- In overtime, Osborne and Fitzsimmons scored consecutive goals to seal the VMI victory
