LEXINGTON, Va. – VMI Wrestling continues its road stretch this weekend at the Marymount Quad on Sunday at Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia at the Converse Fieldhouse.

The Keydets are set to face a pair of successful squads including Marymount at 1:45 p.m. and Morgan State at 3:30 p.m. on Sunday. Last season, VMI defeated both teams early in the year, blanking the Saints, 49-0, and handling the Bears, 33-9, at Cormack Hall.
VMI earned a couple of Southern Conference Wrestler of the Week honors from
Patrick Jordon at 149 pounds and
Braxton Lewis at 184 pounds. Jordon enters the weekend 8-2 with a pair of dual victories and four pins while Lewis, who is nationally ranked in two polls, looks to add to his 7-3 record and two dual wins.
Also making some noise is
Toby Schoffstall at 197 pounds who has tallied seven triumphs, 10 dual points, and landed second place in his bracket at the Collegiate Classic last weekend. Last year against Marymount, Schoffstall earned a decision and lifted the Keydets to the shutout victory.
