JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. – VMI Men's Soccer had their four-game result streak end at the hands of East Tennessee State Sunday afternoon at Summer-Taylor Stadium.
The Keydets (4-5-2, 0-1 SoCon) dropped their first Southern Conference match to the Buccaneers (2-5-3, 1-0 SoCon). VMI, who has either won or tied in its last four contests, will continue its conference stretch this weekend against Mercer at Patchin Field. VMI-Mercer will also be Senior Day for the Keydets.

- Keydets kept up with the Bucs' shooting capabilities, tallying 11 shots with six on goal compared to 14 shots and eight on goal.
