DAVIDSON, N.C. – The VMI wrestling team defeated Davidson College 39-3 Saturday in a Southern Conference match from the Baker Sports Complex.
VMI won nine of the 10 matches, including four by pin. Freshman
Ryan Vigil (149 pounds, 1:47), senior
Zach Brown (184, 5:37), junior
Tyler Mousaw (197, 1:53) and sophomore
Josh Evans (285, 6:13) all won by fall.
Other Highlights:

Dyson Dunham won decisions at 125 and 133, respectively

Freddy Junko earned a hard-fought 3-2 win at 141, as did
Jon Hoover at 174, in the sudden victory period
