Josh Evans won his match at 285 pounds Sunday to break a tie and lift the VMI wrestling team to a 20-17 win at Presbyterian College in a Southern Conference contest.
The Blue Hose won three-straight matches to tie the score at 17 all before Evans won 5-1 to end the scoring. The Keydets earned 11 team points with a pin from freshman
Braxton Lewis at 165 in 4:28 and a 17-0 technical fall in 2:55 from senior
