FAIRFIELD, CT – The VMI wrestling team took nine of 10 individual matches Sunday to post an impressive 35-3 win at Sacred Heart University in non-conference action at the William H. Pitt Center.
The Keydets opened by winning the first six matches and closed out the afternoon with two pins.
Highlights:
*Junior
Tyler Mousaw pinned Logan Michael in just under two minutes at 197, his ninth pin of the season
*Sophomore
Josh Evans also won via pin in 3:59 at 285 pounds
*Freshman
Dyson Dunham finished off his opponent by technical fall 15-0 in 5:55

Braxton Lewis won 6-0 at 165 pounds and
Tony Burke opened the match with a 7-2 victory at 125
