VMI travels to Liberty University

LEXINGTON, Va. – The VMI men's soccer team will make the short trip Tuesday to non-conference rival Liberty University for a 7 p.m. contest in Osborne Stadium.

The Keydets played #13 UNC Greensboro tough Saturday on Patchin Field, falling just 1-0. The VMI defense held the #7 team in the nation in total goals to just one on the afternoon.

About the Flames:
Liberty is 2-3-5 on the year after a 1-1 tie Saturday at Jacksonville University in ASUN play. Luke Eberle has five goals and one assist on the year while Marko Mitrevski has two goals and four assists. The Flames have tied three-straight games, 1-1 at Longwood and 2-2 against Stetson before the Jacksonville result.
