LEXINGTON, Va. – The VMI women's water polo team is scheduled to play five matches this week in New York State, all against Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) opponents.

The Keydets will start off at Long Island University Thursday at 7 p.m. in a match rescheduled from April 17. VMI will play three games on Saturday; at 10 a.m. at Siena College and at Marist College at 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. The last scheduled match of the weekend and regular season is Sunday at 10 a.m. at Iona College.

The Keydets defeated Siena earlier in the season at home in Clark King Pool but fell to Iona the same day 14-12.

VMI (4-8/1-3 MAAC) has been off since April 3. The Keydets have been in several close matches this season, dropping six matches by four goals or less.
