BRIDGEPORT, Pa. – A total of six VMI student-athletes were recognized recently with the release of the 2019 Women's All-Academic list from the Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches (ACWPC).

Individual award winners are divided into three teams (Outstanding: 4.0-3.71; Superior: 3.70-3.41; Excellent: 3.40-3.20). Bridget Hughes and Makenna Moore earned 'Outstanding' honors, Emma Noble received 'Superior' accolades and Emma Perez, Genevieve Petrassi and Isabel French earned a spot on the 'Excellent' Team.

To be eligible for consideration, a student-athlete's head coach must be a member of the ACWPC, while the athlete must attain a grade point average (GPA) in excess of 3.20.
