LEXINGTON, Va. - VMI head football coach Scott Wachenheim issued the following statement regarding senior quarterback Reece Udinski's decision to enter the NCAA Transfer Portal:

"Reece Udinski has entered the transfer portal. He is committed to competing for VMI Football this spring and graduating from VMI in May. Upon graduation, Reece would like the opportunity to pursue a graduate degree and continue playing football. Reece's teammates and I support his decision."
