LEXINGTON, Va. – The VMI wrestling team hosted an intrasquad scrimmage Friday evening in Cormack Hall, with Team Yellow defeating Team Black 26-21.
 
Luke Fegley (133), Jon Hoover and Tyler Mousaw (197) won by pin for Team Yellow and Job Chishko (149) scored a technical fall victory. Robbie Adelstein won 6-2 at 285.
 
Cliff Conway (125) and Zach Brown (184) won by falls for Team Black. Noah Roulo (141), Seth Fillers (157) and Joel Diaz (174) each had wins for Team Black.
 
The Keydets are slated to open the season Sunday, January 3 in a round robin competition at Bucknell University.
