LEXINGTON, Va. - Every week during the 2018-19 academic year, VMI Athletics will release a 90 Seconds of Depth video feature to spotlight a cadet-athlete, coach or administrator.

Today we take an inside look at VMI women's water polo coach Ryan Pryor. He explains how he got started in coaching, what drew him to VMI and his belief in how the correlation of culture, morale, hard work and having fun all lead to the success of the program.
